From initial visit to your office it was professional, friendly, informative, with a positive attitude by all on positively handling our issues. Step by step process gave us confidence in your company & Employees. Definite plan on how the repair would proceed and daily follow up was a positive. Karen was our contact person who gave us knowledge and confidence that this was being handled correctly- even finished repair a day early and done looking like new!
