I have been very pleased with the communication from Caliber frequently updating me on the status of my car and I felt like Jim was very nice, professional and went over and beyond to make sure I was going to be pleased with the repair work and in a in a timely manner. I really have appreciated everything! The car was clean and the repair looked brand new! I would definitely give him and everyone there at Caliber an A rating!

Again I’m soo happy 😊 and greatly appreciate the Excellent Service I experienced at Caliber Collision in Gallatin Tn . I expected nothing less from them from previous work on my 2018 Nissan Murano. From dropping off my vehicle to picking it up , I get updates on work being done and my car washed and cleaned like brand New !! Staff is amazing and Karen Dunn is Absolutely wonderful to work with!!! She is a Keeper... I don’t like change so I’m used to Her
