Overall things went well. Pickup not so much. Was not told that they would be closed when i went to pick Up my car. Had already turned the rental car in. Just frustrating when you think you will get your car back then not getting it till next business day which was two days away. Was never told they would be closed

The car was repaired and returned to me and before I could get home the sensors were throwing error messages. The car had to be taken back in, attempted to fix (while I waited over one hour) and unfortunately was still throwing errors. now the car will be repaired again using OEM parts rather than after market. The team at Caliber has been very professional and attentive but overall the repair has been frustrating and inconvienent.

The rear bumper and parking sensor got replaced. Couple days later the sensors came off the bumper and I'm getting annoying alerts on screen. Now I have to take it back to service.

I sent my car to your shop to get repaired. And then it comes out with lights on my - on that weren't there before a matter of fact never seen before So they come back, get the car. The to fix light that are on now they say a rodents Got in there and messed up a wire And it had to happen when it was at your shot, because before I took it up there, like I said, it never had no lights on the dash before and they want to say i'm liable for it we're not only have rodents at my house i have like 15 outside cats. I don't ever see a mice, a snake, or anything else. Around my house and plus if it happened at my house, the lights would have been on there before, I took it to the shop

Everything was perfectly handled, start to finish. The staff was great. Notification of progress on my car was very well done and appreciated. The finish out and body work was outstanding. We are so pleased and will use Caliber again, should we need it and recommend it to all of our friends and family.
