After getting my car back, I sent a text to report that the air pressure in the tire that was affected by the wreck was not showing. I have not received a response. It has been several days now. I've been meaning to stop by there, but sometimes it's not that easy to find the time.

I have been so appreciative of the daily texts and updates. It was very meaningful and gave me a sense of “control” after the car accident and driving a rental car that was so different from mine. Also, I am grateful, not just for the car wash since there was dusty construction nearby, but I believe somebody cleaned my interior as well! I’m sure it didn’t look that good when I dropped it off! Thank you, Brent, for your expert care of my beloved old, but newly crippled car after being rear-ended and it’s old handicapped owner! I’m excited to have it back, and it looks so good inside and out!
