I would like to thank the entire staff at Caliber Collision and how professional and timely they made my experience. From the time I dropped off my vehicle, I received daily communication via text message informing me of where my vehicle was in the process. The staff in the office were very friendly and warm welcoming. Thank you again.

We got our car back this afternoon and were told that it had been checked over and everything was working. But as soon as I pulled out on the highway, I realized that the blinker wasn't working. My husband also found what appears to be the blind spot monitor in our backseat. I'll be taking it back tomorrow, and Cameron (who seems great) has said that she will have the team fix it. But I am pretty disappointed by this experience and I am nervous if they will be able to do it correctly.
