Customer service was good but the carwise date needs to be updated. I had no idea when my car would be finished after it was past pick up date. A call would've been nice to tell me about the situation.

Tyler provided professional and friendly customer service. I selected this office to do my auto repairs from the very first call I made inquiring about a quote. I don't remember the gentleman's name but he was professional and friendly as well and had the patience to explain the information he needed from me. I highly recommend this location. I did call other Caliber Collision locations and the customer service was not the same.
