Justin Tom and Rachel took great care of me and my car. They made sure I had things figured out with a rental to make it home and even offered me a ride home when it looked dicey. I got frequent, on-time updates and I was always encouraged to visit. Truly thankful for the service they provided.

The entire processes of losing my car felt like being stuck in a tunnel and Caliber Collision was the bright light at the end of it. There was so many complications with insurance and honestly it worried me that I would potentially not be able to get my car back, however, whenever I would get in contact with Rachel and Justin I would always been significantly better. They truly are amazing people and I am so grateful for their support and attention to detail when it comes to work. Thank you guys and thank you Caliber Collision!
