This is my second time using Caliber Collision and I’m absolutely satisfied with their service! Very polite and highly professional staff! I was informed for every thing needed to be done in a way for non professional to understand! I really appreciate that! The job was done in proper terms, even a little earlier than estimated which helped a lot! Keith was always available for questions and advice! While no one wants to be in a situation where they need collision repairs, this team made the entire experience as positive and stress-free as it could possibly be. The level of customer service I received was genuinely exceptional and far beyond what you typically experience these days. From the moment I walked in, everyone greeted me with a smile and a positive attitude. Dawn at the front desk was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, and Rudy, who handled my vehicle, was just as wonderful. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, answered my questions, and made me feel like they truly cared, not just about my car, but about me as a customer. The repairs were completed in just a couple of days, my car looked fantastic, and I was pleasantly surprised to find it had even been washed before pickup. It was those little extra touches, combined with their professionalism and genuine kindness, that really set them apart. I’m truly grateful for everyone there. It’s rare to receive customer service that leaves such a lasting impression, and this team absolutely did. Thank you for turning an otherwise stressful situation into such a positive experience. Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! Dawn is so lovely and helpful, Rudy kept me up to date with the repairs, my car was in on Monday and done by Friday! Tim even was there on a Saturday so I could pick it up! I cannot say enough great things about this shop!
