I was rear ended. Bumper and tailgate replaced. Bumper is Installed correctly after 2 attempts. And the tail gate Is still not centered correctly. I don't understand why such a simple Accident is so hard to fix. Dominque was very nice But am I satisfied NO. I work two jobs and I just don't have te fight in me So nice job you win.

Everyone at Caliber was wonderful. You would never be able to tell that anyone was in a bad mood. The phones were picked up right away, doors were held for me, a beverage was offered...they went above and beyond.
