The staff did a great job and I got a great estimate on the repair cost. They were able to take me home and pick me up without any problems. They kept me informed on the progress of the repairs. Picking up our car from Caliber seems like driving a car out from a dealership; the car is clean and the paint job was well done. Furthermore, the car was finished earlier a few days and the repair process had been updated once a milestone was reached. Last but not least, Rudy examiner and the Caliber staffs made us feel that it was time for our car to have a tune-up. Thank you!

Got my car in quick. Kept me updated along the way through text AND calls. Car was finished 2.5 days before the quoted completion date. Looks like it did when I left the dealer with it brand new.

Taking my vehicle to Caliber Collision an absolutely fantastic experience from the first moment I called. Keith was my contact but EVERYONE was considerate, professional and simply kind. I owned the car for 10 whole days when this accident happened so I was "unraveled" to say the least. The rental company was late to pick me up so they had someone from Caliber Collision drive me there. Communication was prompt, letting me know what was happening and timelines. My dog was in the car at the time of the accident. He's losing his winter coat anyway But the stress made him lose even more. When I got my car back it was repaired beautifully... and immaculate. And the hair was gone. Every Single Hair! I was given a full document with every single thing they did and even where they sourced parts from. This type of service is rare and quite wonderful. I hope I don't need their services in the future but if I do, I'm coming back here. Thank you!

I am totally satisfied with the repair what I’m on satisfied with is the white dust. The inside of my car was filled with white dust my car probably wasn’t the best when we showed up, but it was not covered in white dust. They kept my car the whole weekend cause they needed to clean it and I’m guessing they only clean the outside but the white dust is on inside.

Just cause if you say you’re gonna clean a car, you know you clean the car, including the dust that you blew onto the inside of the vehicle

I was told they were going to hold my vehicle over the weekend to clean it and when I picked it up, the inside was not clean like there was white stuff all over the place. It was gross. It was really dirty the seeds are all white. The floor is all white. Everything is white. I was able to wipe off the steering wheel and the plastic areas but the rest are just white and it’s dusty and it. It’s just a mess other than that the word that was done beautiful I love it. My speaker is not crushing you from the impacted. It works now you know the door is nice. the paint is nice.

The main drive belt squeezed on startup, the work that was done is awesome. I will do a 120 mile road trip tomorrow. But the fit and finish looks great

I will definitely recommend Caliber to everyone i know! Caliber made the entire process a breeze! From drop off, rental car transportation, dealing with the insurance etc. The entire experience was by far the best experience with any body shop I have ever encountered.
