The whole process was easy from the start. We brought the car in got it evaluated. Our conversation about what was going to happen. Once the work got started I was kept informed of the progress. If I had a question I had no problem getting an answer. There was a problem with getting a replacement tire and worked it out. Looked over the repairs and very satisfied with the outcome. The repair is great. They did a great job. I am not happy with the fact that I was told my tire was flat and needed to keep refilling with air. Told they didn’t find any real reason other than it’s an old tire. Well, I get it home, and have to put more air in it, and I can hear the air leaking out. The tire clearly has two metal shards stuck into it and you can hear the air leaking around it. I think the team didn’t want to take responsibility for running over the sharp object.
