Unhappy. Spoke with caliber service advisor manager Ken and he stated vehicle will be ready on time August 6. I asked him if he tested drive vehicle and he reported yes. Picked up vehicle on August 6, and found myself noise coming out from the car and alignment wasn’t done properly. Had to return for Alignment and the alignment people confirmed me about the noise. Had to take vehicle back to Caliber. Mechanic tested drive and reported no dangerous to drive but they need to get new part to fix the issues. Service Manager stated that if the alignment people found the problem , they should do the work . He states when he receive the parts, I have to go to alignment place to get fix my car issue and have done alignment after . This is very inconvenience to me drive back to caliber collusion center and to alignment shop for repair !! I am requesting reimbursement money back from Caliber, thank you

Customer service was excellent, I felt that the man who handled our case and the receptionist were so professional and made me feel very taken care of. Service was fast and so smooth regarding insurance and my rental car setup. I hope I don't need to, but I will definitely be returning if I find myself needing more repairs.
