My experienced atCaliber collision started from the moment I called and spoke to Margot. She was very calming and friendly when she greeted me. She was very helpful. Then I met Luis. Who kept contact with me and gave me my whereabouts about my car. He let me know every stage, my car was in and when it would be ready. He also was very friendly. When I picked up my car upon completion of the repair (passenger side door and rear bumper) the first time, the door repair was fine, but there was still a visible indentation on my rear bumper where that particular. repair was done. Luis took the car back and fixed the rear bumper, and to compensate for the inconvenience of our car being out of Commission for another week, he kindly did an additional touch-up of some curb scrapes on the bottom driver-side of our front bumper at no charge. In the end, we were very satisfied with our experience, and Luis was very responsive and kept us informed every step of the way. We were pleased with how they went above and beyond to make things right, and keep us happy.
