Guillermo was amazing! He’s a very assuring presence while you’re freaking out about needing repair on your car. He’s steady, he is informative, he makes sure you feel heard and understand what’s happening at all times. He leaves voicemails when you miss his call near closing and calls again the next day to make sure you get updated. I was genuinely excited to get his call and hear updates on my baby
