Good overall, particularly the turnaround time, but my car ended up with a scratch on my front bumper. It was not there when I dropped my car off. Mo, the service rep, was kind enough to touch it up with touchup paint before I had to point it out, but the scratch is still noticeable.

Moe and the ladies in the office of Caliber Collision Glendale were great. Everyone was wonderful and so welcoming. I would recommend to anyone who needs there auto repaired to go there first. I was at several auto body shops for an estimate theirs was competitive if not lower. The others did not compare to the friendly people working at Caliber Collision. They kept you informed regarding your car and were always ready to answer any questions you had.
