I went to the Caliber Colision at 3829 San Fernando Rd in Glendale CA. Sandra was so kind and professional. Louis was was truly attentive and professional and very nice. The customer service was impeccable.

Customer service and attentiveness have always been good, and that is one of the reasons I have continued bringing my car here over the years. However, the quality of the repairs has been disappointing and raises serious concerns. I have had my vehicle serviced here multiple times, and almost every visit has resulted in issues with the paintwork or other small details that required me to bring the car back for corrections. This has become a recurring pattern rather than an isolated incident. It makes me question whether a thorough quality inspection is being performed before the vehicle is returned to the customer. Many of these issues should be identified and resolved before delivery to avoid inconvenience and repeated visits. Unfortunately, this latest repair has been the most frustrating. The paint that was applied is noticeably darker than the vehicle's original color, which means I now have to bring the car back once again and go through the entire process all over. I have enjoyed doing business with your company and have appreciated the professionalism of your staff. However, after experiencing the same problems repeatedly, I will have to think carefully before trusting my vehicle to your shop again.
