Caliber's customer service (counter reps) are nice when you're in the office but over the phone they are pretty snippy. I have no idea who I was talking to, but I can tell you every person I dealt with at Hertz. Getting an appointment at Caliber was not easy for me, because of the hours. I had to take time off of work to fit into Caliber's schedule and the woman on the phone made sure I knew it. Caliber's work hours are the same as 90% of the population which means we have to take time off work to meet your schedule rather than the other way around.

Can't even tell there was damage, they even fixed my light which wasn't part of the collision.
