A few tweaks to the repair and this would have been a 10. The customer service was excellent. Again, severly disappointed by the scratches that were added to my car and the seal that was damaged beyond repair.

My repairs look great, I was disappointed that my car got scratched in the process but the scratch was repaired while I waited. My only other complaint is that the seal by my window looks like 2 small pieces have been ripped out maybe by an over zealous buffing application. Also, that door now has something rolling around in it. I can't stand the sound of closing my door now but I don't want it taken off and reassembled because that just opens more room for small things to get loose and vibrate.
