After reading comments on Yelp and consulting with my neighbors, I choose to send my car to Caliber Collision Glendale. From the moment I stepped into the office, I was warmly greeted by Margot, who efficiently helped me with all logistics. Luis handled the repairing process. He kept me updated with all the details and progress. He also managed to adjust pick up schedule so that I can pick up kids on time. I will definitely recommend this body shop to my friends.

It was dishonest & didn’t listen when I told them & asked them multiple times to make sure the glass gets fixed.

They did great work but didn’t include fixing my glass when it was in the initial reports & were asked 4 separate times to include it. My glass still isn’t fixed from my accident & it felt very degrading that they didn’t listen.

I got my car back earlier than expected and car was clean and taken care of. I do however have concern bumper is not attached correctly. Will have to bring in to look at and told if normal or not.

My technician, Luis, was very kind and communicative. He worked with me on the deadline I needed to get my car back. I've had my car back for a week and noticing a squeaky sound at the repair, so will have to take it back to get adjusted.
