Everything was handled very professionally, and the friendly customer service was outstanding. The work was done well, like nothing ever happened. Communication was excellent too, I really appreicated the updates via text. I also had to leave my car there longer that I expected and that was accomodated as well.

Yes. Caliber had my vehicle ready sooner than promised, the work was excellent, the customer service was superb, and they even washed and vacuumed my vehicle prior to pick up. I was extremely pleased and would definitely recommend their repair shop.
