Somehow my sensors are screwed up. They were working when dropped car off, and picked car up today and noticed there off. Was going to call my insurance company tomorrow about it.

I was supposed to receive notification from Crystal at the close of business on 7/26/2017 that my car would be ready for pickup on 7/27/2017. Earlier in the morning of 7/26, I received a text message stating that my car would be ready for pickup by 4:00 PM on 7/26. I called Crystal later that morning to confirm as well as to inquire if she could have a patch of touch-up paint that I had applied on the rear bumper fixed free of charge. She said that she would inquire with her staff and that she would confirm my pickup time at the close of business on 7/26 since I would have 24 hours after she notifies me to pick up the car. Unfortunately, I did not receive my pickup confirmation notice until the morning of the following day, 7/27. I called Crystal later that morning. She said that my pickup time was still 4:00 PM on 7/26 since she had sent me the initial text message in the morning of 7/26 so I needed to pick up my car 24 hours after that, 4:00 PM on 7/27. I did not argue further at the time but I was still unhappy about the late confirmation. On the other hand, I was very satisfied with Nahum Martinez, Parts Coordinator. He was very courteous and honest with us. He clearly explained what would be repaired during our initial drop-off. He also clearly explained what could and could not be fixed when we picked up the car.

Everyone was great! Very helpful, attentive, and friendly. Crystal and Nahum were the ones who assisted me.
