The repairs looked good for the most part.

The inspector who wrote up the estimate seemed inexperienced, and a bit overwhelmed to be honest. He seemed a bit unsure of the information he was relaying back to me. If this weren't be fully covered by Insurance I would have insisted on better and more thorough information.

In every interaction with Caliber, I was impressed time and again by the courtesy and professionalism shown by every member of the Glendale facility -- from my first phone call, through the every-other-day status updates from Crystal my advisor, to the other staff in teh office when I dropped off and picked up my car -- every associate was polite, helpful and professional. I will be sure to refer any and all coworkers and family to this terrific facility.

Crystal the office manager was very helpful and the person that greeted me was very informative and gracious. After I dropped off my truck Crystal gave a ride back to work, which was going above and beyond to accodate me.
