The entire process was painless. Caliber got an estimate to AAA quickly, repairs were approved in two days, and after I dropped my car off, it was ready in 7 days. Caliber fixed 2 damaged doors from a car accident (AAA paid) and Caliber also repainted my hood at my request and expense because the paint was peeling for 2 years and looked terrible. Caliber did a great job and my car looks amazing. They also took the liberty of cleaning my headlights because the plastic had gotten opaque with time and now they look like new. I'm very happy with Caliber Collision and Anthony (advisor) and Andrea (the gal who handled all the paperwork and appointments). They also gave me my receipt in a nice little folder, too. A very professional place!
