I love Caliber. Always a wonderful job! But Victoria/Vicky at the Louise location 15/10!!!! Was communicative about the whole process! Went above and beyond in multiple ways! Friendly positive attitude. Not a fan of the reason why I have to use Caliber but Victoria definitely made it a positive experience. Employee of the month and/or a raise is well deserved!!!!

Very thorough Mr.Vigen was very friendly and explained everything so I could understand in layman’s terms. All insurance and repair procedures were explained to me thoroughly. He made things very simple and easy.

Mr. Vigen just made everything easy - he explained how my insurance company would work in case of repair like this, and what the repair process is like. To be honest, I wouldn't know anything about car repairs - and the process of handling things with insurance company... He just made everything very simple and easy.

Costner service was a 10 but the inside was left very dirty and dusty. Also the body work appeared to have a crease that does not match the smoothness of the other side. I have photos of everything.

Caliber Collision did an amazing job with my Prius! The damage to the side of my car is undetectable. It looks even better than before it happened. They were friendly, helpful, great timing, and communicated everything well. My key fab had just died before I dropped off and they even replaced the battery. I would highly recommend, they went above and beyond with their work and customer service.
