Quick communication about repairs and the timeline when it needed to be shifted due to a delay in shipping so I was not left in the dark. Repairs were done quickly and well. When I came in initially after my accident with questions and concerns, all of the women in the reception area gave me the answers and reassurance I needed, I appreciate them all very much.

The people at Caliber Collision at 115 S. Louise St, Glendale, CA were the best. Without them, Caliber Collision would not have had an excellent review from me. Other communications from others from Caliber Collision not at the Glendale, CA location didn’t seem to know much and caused more confusion and misinformation. Vicky, Andrea and Fabiola were superb!
