It’s been a very good experience with this Caliber Collision branch in Glendale. Everything went well with all the repairs and the timeline was met as promised. I may say that all the staff here have been very helpful and costumer friendly for sure. I am so happy that I was able to choose the right repair shop which was accredited by my insurance as well. I am very well satisfied on the repair that was done on my 2023 Chevy Traverse. The staff on that Caliber Collision Glendale branch was very costumer friend and helpful keeping me in touch on every development of the repair and the vehicle was done earlier than scheduled which i was so pleased to experience that. All in all the Caliber Collision Glendale branch have been very helpful all knowledgeable throughout the process of repair and indeed costumer service are great as well. The caliber collision team was so kind and helpful the entire experience. From the very beginning, they were so welcoming and walked me through each step and expectation of the process. They answered all my questions and were so patient with me. They never made me feel out of place. When I had questions about how to handle finances with insurance they took care of everything and made me feel so at ease and taken care of. I truly appreciated everyone at Caliber Collision, especially Fabiola and Andrea!

Just one thing was missing: When I first visited, taking my car there to be assessed, I was NOT given ANY help regarding a loaner or rental car. I had to explore the matter myself, ending up frustrated and all over the place, initially with Hertz!!!
