The car was repaired quickly but the CRV emblem was not attached to the car. I asked why not and they said they did not send it. I called Friday to find out when it was coming in and no one had gotten back to me. Part of the repair included the emblem. I’m still waiting to hear when it will be in. This means another trip to the shop to have it installed. I’m not happy about this.
