First of all, my wife and I were very impressed with the positive, friendly attitudes of Andrea and Anthony. They were knowledgeable and kept in touch with daily updates by text, which were appreciated and a welcome surprise. The pricing was right and the finished work was amazing. Super attention to detail and very careful. On day 2 Anthony even called to explain a problem that was resolved perfectly. Thanks for the outstanding experience!

I appreciated the almost daily communication on the progress of my vehicle. I appreciated that I didn't have to do much except drop off the car and pick it up. And the rental car company, Enterprise, came to Caliber,.etc.

The repairs were done successfully, but I had to come back twice to have minor repairs done on the interior driver's side door and front license plate, which should have been repaired before I picked up the car.
