We had just gotten a new van to replace our old van that was 20 years old. We had it for about 3 weeks, and it got hit by a truck. It was 100% the other party’s fault. I wasn’t sure what to do. This was my first time having to go through this collision repair process. I wasn’t sure if I was doing everything correctly. While I waited, they has a coffee & tea station that allowed me to relax. I had been stressed from another busy December and holiday season for my family. I dropped off our van on December 9, and I was able to get it back ok December 19. It looks brand new like nothing happened. They did an impeccable job. I can tell the guys who worked on our van take pride in their work. I feel so grateful for their kindness and hard work. I definitely recommend Calibur Collision in Glendora.

The front desk person was kind and personable, but my service coordinator seemed like she was very busy, but she still provided the information I needed. The guy who helped me in the end was very nice.
