Extremely happy with how my experience at Caliber Collision went! Everyone I met and/or spoke to was very friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Also, I never was left on hold for long, if at all, when I needed to call with questions, which was very much appreciated! In particular, Gracia was great to work with and I appreciated her willingness and enthusiasm to get my car in and out in under a week. Also, Chris and Felipe were also super nice and knowledgeable when I spoke to them as well! Loved my experience with Caliber Collision!

Having never gone into an accident with my car until this one and hearing anecdotal horror stories about Tesla repairs, I anticipated the worst. To my surprise, it took Caliber Collision less than two weeks to complete the repair from start to finish. Communication was on point to keep me updated on progress and the car looks great. The icing on the cake was they delivered the car to my home and took back the rental to drop off. Overall, this was a great experience and appreciate the team involved to make it happen.
