Paint job excellent but will actively not recommend to others because of how Caliber dealt with problems that they created during their repair process. One problem they created still not fixed!!! New leak in camper shell where it connects to body of truck. Felipe says that this is wear and tear. The seal of the boot was watertight before this repair. Clearly Caliber did not test this when they tested their repair. They told me that they only lifted the camper shell on the repair side. That is where the new leak is. The other side is still water tight. I sent photographs to Caliber. Caliber (Graciella - the initial estimator) said that this would be no problem, and if need be Caliber would reseal it with a new part. I voiced that concern over several phone calls with her, and AAA.

The two problems created by Caliber during their repair process were first denied, and one of them Felipe says that it is my respnsibility to fix.

The point of contact communication services is 100% great. As for the length of completion of the car was a bit long, i do understand that parts may take long to arrive. The customer service is great and saw no issues with care and repair of the vehicle.

Great customer service, patient, friendly and helpful employees. The initial estimate appointment was done promptly, drop off for repairs and getting a rental vehicle were simple, easy, effortless. Pick up and rental return were a breeze. Overall, a great experience with excellent and quality workmanship on my vehicle.
