Allan is great and gives amazing customer service. The issue is not with allan, its with the people who do the actual work on the vehicle. They have no workmanship. I keep finding issue after issue with the work done on my vehicle.

The experience with Collision Caliber from start of tow drop off to pick up was excellent. They kept me updated on the progress constantly via Felipe via calls & text with timely courteous & clear status on the assessment & fixes of the non-collision incident. The work is so well done & looks better than my newer Tesla 😃.

The sensor wiring is messed up, resulting the cruise function not working at all. It now mistakes the vehicle on the right lane as the one in front of it; and accelerates without able to tell it’s approaching and almost hitting the front car. Before I sent my car in only the exterior bumper were broken and the vehicle was safe to drive, now after getting charged almost $5000 it’s unsafe to drive using the cruise mode :(
