From the moment I called to schedule an estimate to the day the car was delivered. Everyone I interacted with went above and beyond to help me. They happily accommodated last minute time changes when organising the initial estimate, they dropped me back home after the estimate, and kept me up to date with timings and progress every step of the way. The car was delivered to the house which was beyond helpful, and we were so impressed with the high quality of the work. Gracia was incredibly helpful, kind and accommodating. I honestly cannot fault this entire team, they are absolutely stellar.

The staff at Caliber runs a very smooth operation. A very welcoming and open office setting and super efficient. They completed the repairs early and kept me informed via text or email and phone of their progress along the way. The times I called with a question I would always receive an immediate and enthusiastic response. The work the mechanics did was outstanding. Upon completion Filipe went over all of their work with me with a fine tooth comb. and everything was documented and given to me in a detailed report. My car was given back to me in a pristine condition and cleaned thoroughly. The assistant manager, Filipe and all at Caliber that I interacted with were outstanding. I have already shared my satisfaction with others.
