Paint job was sloppy. A drop and a smudge on the front passenger fender. Pointed it out to Felipe. He offered to fix it but I said no. Customer service was excellent but I wouldn’t recommend Caliber as a body/paint option because of the sloppy work.

I had an amazing experience at the caliber location in Goleta on overpass. When I walked in, Hannah was very kind, and super helpful and accommodating. The man working on my vehicle, Felipe, kept me totally in the loop, assured me that I was in great hands, and provided nothing less than amazing customer service. Feeling super grateful that they were the chosen shop that my insurance hired to get my car fixed.
