Not based on the 2 employees that I met. Just based on the fact that they didn’t do a thorough inspection and notice the broken windshield. Secondly, something was off with the brakes and no explanation given but fixed

The first time I tried to pick up my car, I got in and the windshield was cracked. Whether it happened in my accident or not I’m not sure. But, how did they not see that? The 2nd time I drove off around the corner and noticed that the brake pedal went all the way down to the floor without resistance which it didn’t do before and as I lightly braked during a curve I heard metal on metal crunching. So I drove right back. And they seemed baffled at what it could be.The last time I picked it up the brake pedal was back to normal and everything looked good and worked well. Everyone was very friendly and my insurance covered everything. But I probably wouldn’t voluntarily go back. I probably would pay extra and just go to the dealer.
