THE CARE STILL SHWING ENGIN LIGHT STILL ON. I DON'T UNDERSTAND. IO THOUGHT THAT IT WAS A PART OF THE JOB TO BE SURE THE SYSTEM HAD BEEN CHECKED, AND THE CAR WAS IN GREAT CONDITION; THE OIL WAS EMPTY. I FILLED IT, AND I NEEDED TO UNDERSTAND WHAT WE NEEDED TO DO TO CORRECT THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. PLEASE LET ME KNOW THANK YOU

Isaiah is the best. This locations team is the best. They had my vehicle done in under a week and stayed late for me to come pick it up and by pick it up I mean Isiah gave me a ride to the shop. I felt so rude the whole time bc I was on a work call but everyone was patient and very understanding/kind. Thank you all so much!

All staff but especially Gracia were very courteous and helpful. Car was nicely cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. The body repair was well done. Caliber gets 5/5 stars PS the last body repair company used via my Geico policy was probably 3/5 stars compared to the vastly superior quality at Caliber.

From start to finish, the service from Caliber was great. My car repair was completed in a timely manner, contact with each staff member at Caliber was pleasant and effective (although Gracia-if I am spelling her name correctly- stands out as particularly excellent in her customer service skills as does the gentleman who drove me to Enterprise Car Rental on drop off day. And last but not least the car looks great. This was probably the best car repair process I’ve ever had. Thank you Caliber! I hope Geico continues to utilize them because they run an excellent operation!

I was satisfied with everything. The gentleman who helped me with my repairs was very professional and easy to work with. He assisted me in making sure that my insurance covered the cost of the repairs to my windshield as was. My only complaint is there was another gentleman in the office that helped me when I picked up my car and dropped it off, he was cold, kind of rude and not welcoming at all.
