The professionals at caliber were very knowledgeable and took care to address beyond the dent to be repaired, other minor areas that I was pleased to have cleaned up. The timing & cost for the repair was close to what I was promised and they worked well with the insurance coverage I had . I would certainly return to them if I do have any other Issues with body repair in the future

I love this location and the staff here. Everything was handled incredibly professionally, I was informed throughout the process, the staff was helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I was given an expectation of 6 days for repair and in fact in took a month. I received misleading and inaccurate automated text messages regarding the progress of the repair. Despite being assured of being called to update me on the repair progress, I received no calls and had to initiate my own inquiries multiple times over the course of the month that my car was in the shop.
