I was given an expectation of 6 days for repair and in fact in took a month. I received misleading and inaccurate automated text messages regarding the progress of the repair. Despite being assured of being called to update me on the repair progress, I received no calls and had to initiate my own inquiries multiple times over the course of the month that my car was in the shop.
