Initially, when I went to take delivery of the vehicle after the first repair, I thought I would be satisfied by the way it looked. After closer inspection of the car from the outside, I noticed that some of the panels weren’t lined up correctly, the hood was not flush with the fenders. I had mentioned to Felipe that the front-right fender and the bumper were actually touching so eventually the paint will actually scuff up overtime. After swapping cars and driving the car for not even 5 minutes, I noticed a whining sound coming from the front right wheel well and that the FSD was not working at all. I called Felipe to tell him what I had noticed, and that I would like the car looked at again, possibly repaired again. When we met back up to swap cars again, he had mentioned that he heard the whining sound from the front-right area also. He called the technician and was told that apparently that was just tire noise, which I knew was not true because they have the same tire and wheels as before, and I didn’t have that issue. Asked for the FSD, the technician claimed that the car needed to be calibrated, which is not true either because I called a Tesla repair facility and they confirmed that nothing dealing with the calibration should have been dealt with. They had also told me that calibration was completed, which I also knew afterward was a lie. Felipe took the vehicle back and told me he’d get it looked at again. A couple of days later he said that the noise coming from the wheel well was actually a bad bearing. The FSD computer was not working because the main computer had to be replaced. After the secondary repairs were complete for the wheel bearing and the FSD computer, they brought my car back. I noticed that nothing cosmetically was fixed at all, even though I had brought it up previously with Felipe. In between repairs, I called GEICO and told them what I had found and if not satisfied, would I be able to have another repair shop fix these discrepancies. GEICO said that I definitely could do that. I am not satisfied with the work that caliber collision completed, and I will be going through GEICO to get these discrepancies fixed through an actual Tesla repair facility.

My car looks like a brand new car and it’s nine years old. You removed some scratches on my car and washed it from top to bottom, which was amazing. You guys are wonderful. I will recommend y you to everybody, thank you again
