I never expected the professionalism from a body shop like Caliber Collision gave me. I received phone calls as the job progressed assuring me how things were progressing. I so appreciate Caliber‘s way of doing business. I also appreciate the work that they did. It looks beautiful. If I ever have the opportunity to recommend an auto body repair it will be Caliber on Overpass Road in Goleta, California. Or maybe it’s Santa Barbara address/in any case it was an excellent experience and I will talk it up anytime I have a chance. Thank you, Caliber.

My car doesn’t know anything ever happened to it. It’s so beautiful. I’m very happy not only with the way the car looks but the way I was treated during the time the car was being repaired. I was updated regularly. I’m gonna talk it up for Caliber anytime I can. Thanks for being there.

Excellent service! Staff was friendly, and honest. Communicated the progress and finished the job earlier than expected. They went above and beyond to ensure my experience was seamless, from helping with the rental to ensuring my car was cleaned and recalibrated by the time of pick up. Highly recommend them!
