I really wanted it to be a good experience, but it turned out to be a nightmare.Don’t yell at a customer because you don’t want to put in any more effort and time to fix what wasn’t completely repaired along with missed items needing more attention to detail. I really think you should have 2 more people audit and inspect your work before telling a customer everything is done. I looked at the reviews for this location and that should tell you there needs to be change if you want to earn customer confidence in your work and respect. Maybe, you would get positive reviews.

Sloppy work, lacking attention to detail, took too long to repair the vehicle and still had to return for missed damage.

Good cop bad cop behavior. Caliber represents the insurance company. Attempting to get away with sloppy work, lack of attention to detail, items requiring repair, and yelling at the customer not wanting to accept poor work completed, playing dumb, telling the customer they should just sell their car and not keep it, false promises that the vehicle will be checked for water damage , being cleaned thoroughly when it was not, and the list continues. Absolutely ended up being one exhausted regretful customer wishing another vehicle repair place was selected.
