The Caliber team was able to get the parts for my 2022 Honda Pilot in one day. Then they were able to repair it in one hour while I waited. They took care of all the paperwork with the insurance, and I was thrilled to be done without a lot of hassle.

When I dropped my baby off 2 days ago, I knew, with Covid, and supply-chain disruptions that it could be a week or two, if not longer - and I was prepared for that. Before I left I jokingly asked if it would be done by this weekend. I was 100% tongue-in-cheek and laughed when I said it, and it was taken in good spirits. Today, 2 days later, and 2 days before the weekend - I received a call telling me it was done. All I could say was - "Wow!" And then - I jokingly called the manager a show-off... The staff was friendly and professional, the work was amazingly quick, and more so - my baby looks great again! I hope I don't have any other use for Caliber Collision- but I guarantee if I, or anyone I know, need work on their vehicle after an accident - I will be recommending Caliber Collision in Grafton! This was an experience, and customer service you only read about anymore in history books...lol! Thank you!

Outstanding! The office staff was professional, explained everything, and handled all insurance information efficiently. A person was assigned our car and he showed and explained what the damage was and what to expect with the repair. He kept us posted on exactly how the repair was progressing via text messages. Could not have been more pleased with the entire process. A very customer service oriented business that delivers a quality product. I highly recommend them.
