Anthony was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire repair process. The only hiccup was that the detailing was overlooked. Anthony then made that right and I was able to pick up my car on the 29th day since it was stolen. When I picked up my car it looked brand new. Great job to all technicians who worked on it!

The communication was terrible and staff attitudes were deplorable. It was hard to ask and get answers to questions. Troubleshooting skills nonexistant for some staff. I was made to feel like I was the problem. I was not the problem.
