The repair is perfect. Paint match on a 10 year old car that is primarily parked outside is excellent. Gaps between the various body panels is consistent. Rental car drop off was convenient.

Pertains to Grafton location. Upon picking up vehicle no one ever completed a walk through with me, there was still scuff marks on the bumper, a small dent, paint chip and the car emblem was placed on crooked.

The texts from Dwight at Grafton were adequate. The texts from the corporate computer directly contradicted the correct information from the local shop. Caliber Corporate needs to fix that.

Love the text updates. Love how friendly absolutely everyone is. Phone calls to describe/discuss what is going on would be impactful. Human connection provides better customer service than texts. Too many companies are straying from this. Don’t get complacent to the ease of technology as it doesn’t replace a himan voice.
