I feel the preferred pricing negotiated by the insurer should apply to repairs where the vehicle owner covers the accident expense. But for the insurer, we wouldn't have used Caliber Collision.

Start to finish, just great people and experience! Felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle in your hands. Lots of clear communication, and worked with me even when I let several months go from quote to work. Hopefully I never have to go back, but if I need work again, no question where I’m going!!
