Very professional and quality conscious just like their Moto of restore you to the rhythm of your life. Explained and kept you informed of your cars process through texts. The finished product has me back on the road and you could never tell what happened. Very helpful recommending rentals as well. Would recommend to anyone who needs repairs. To say I’m a satisfied customer would be an understatement! The day before Halloween I hit a deer and brought my car to the Grafton location. Claire was so helpful and friendly from the initial phone call to the time I picked my car up. I was pleased with not only the customer service but the daily texts letting me know the progress of my car repair. The communication was phenomenal. The repair only took 5 days so I was very pleased with the turn around. The work performed was excellent. My car looks like new again! When I picked my car up it looked great not only on the outside but they also cleaned the inside! I can’t say enough good things about this place! To be honest, I don’t want to HAVE to bring my car in for body work but if I have to again, Caliber will definitely be my number one choice! Thank you to everyone involved in the process. You do GREAT work!
