The car had no gasoline. The range of miles left in the display was “0” . The light was on. I didn’t even know whether I would make to the next gas station when I picked up the dar. To tell the trough i didn’t notice that. You cannot give a car without gasoline to a customer.

The inspection of car damage was done without my participation when I asked to be part of it as suggested by the insurance rep. I found dents inside the door that were not fixed abs not there before the car was stolen. At least, we could have seen that and discussed if it could be fixed or not.

After about two weeks shuttle idle in one location the car was transferred to another. When I called it was very hard to get a hold of anybody. The insurance rep also had a hard time. I wrote and called to a person who in the original location reached me that they had my service but got no reply. From the location, I received messages from the new location, I received text messages but no phone to call or even a name if you want to talk to the person.
