The repairs included to “R&I and repair and refinish the front bumper cover (still requires adjustment), small PDR dent in the hood and replace a windshield they had the car for two weeks I’m waiting now for a third windshield. I am also told I have to take the car to a Mercedes dealer on my own time and dime to get the vehicle calibrated as per Geico the ADAS failed at the same exact time that the accident occurred because you cannot clear the codes. And I also received a call from another caliber employee wanting to come out to my residence and inspect the broken windshield that’s in my car now to see how it was broken vs just inspecting it when they put the third windshield in, I would say I’m out of rhythm on this repair.

They answered all my questions quickly. Made sure I understood everything that was going to happen. I even had to take my truck back a couple of days later for 2 minor things and they corrected them in only a few minutes.

Not satisfied quality of work quality of work quality of work. What I believe people at the shop fail to realize is that this is someone’s personal property that they obviously care for or pay for and it’s quite an expense not just for the vehicle they own but the repairs as well people want quality people want assurance that it’s going to be done correctly the first time I was fully under the impression that it would be done great the first time however it wasn’t and it took multiple attempts and in my own frustration of not wanting to deal with the company anymore I picked up my vehicle and left. So no wouldn’t recommend this company ever.
