The work was excellent and the service was perfect! I will use this shop again and very reasonable! The area above my tire was really scraped and they buffed out the scratches and painted while other repair shops wanted to replace Jeep parts which was double the price.They do try to save you money if you don’t want to use your insurance. Claire Smahwill in Grafton, Wi location is very personable and goes above and beyond! This is very rare these days! You can tell she loves her job!! Thanks again. Catherine Indermuehle

They chased for hours via phone and car trying to track down a part to finish the job so I could have my car on time as I was moving out of state the following day. Radio/navigation interface was not working when the car was picked up and it didn't start two hours later. I texted the company after hours on a Friday and they were responsive and genuinely interested in helping get the situation resolved. Very helpful and responsive people in the office.

If I would have been asked back for the two circled items to be fixed - I would have recommended Caliber- but because they were so busy they rushed us out. They did not seem concerned at all about us, the circled parts on the car needing to be fixed, and tried to clean off the circles with glass cleaner.

Estimated time was two weeks later than told. Also, two circled repairs were overlooked and still not fixed just apologized for overlooking them.
