I could not recommend the team at Caliber Collision on Oak Park enough. They were kind, courteous, even a little bit funny! The repair they did to our car was flawless. I feel terrible I cannot remember her name, but the girl who works the front desk area was SO friendly and made sure to keep me up to date on what was going on. Also, Eric is amazing - dude stayed late until he knew I’d get my cat back the next day. Communication was spot on. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, he was out there buffing and detailing it, making sure it was ready for me. Very happy with my experience here!

Repair took too long, after the agent told me the damage was not that bad. Finally got my truck back and everything out my trunk is missing. I had my employees uniforms in there and now the weather is warming up, I’m looking for my fishing gear and it’s all missing from my trunk. I called them a few days after and they said they’ll return my call, I haven’t heard anything back from them. Then I was told I still needed a part to finish my repair and they’ll call me when it came but yet still haven’t heard anything about that.
